Air Cooled Heat Exchangers

Axial Fans - Tuf-Lite

Brazed Aluminum Heat Exchangers

Chart’s Brazed Aluminum Heat Exchangers (also known as Plate Fin Heat Exchangers) and Cold Boxes are at the heart of cryogenic separation, liquefaction and purification processes for air gases, natural gas, hydrogen, helium and petrochemicals.

Hairpin Heat Exchangers

Hairpin heat exchangers use true counter-current flow. Unlike multi-pass shell and tube designs where correction factors are used to account for inefficiencies resulting from co-current passes, this process maximizes temperature differences between shell- and tube-side fluids.

Helium Liquefiers

Helium liquefaction capacities from 50 to 600 million standard cubic feet per year (mmscfy).

Hydrogen Liquefiers

LUMMUS ADVANCED BREECH-LOCK EXCHANGER®

LUMMUS ADVANCED BREECH-LOCK EXCHANGER® (LABLEX®) is typically used in hydrocracking, hydro-treating, gas compression, ammonia/urea synthesis, methanol and other high temperature and high pressure applications with rich hydrogen streams.

LNG Liquefaction Plants

Chart's modular liquefaction plants and associated process technology enable displacement of liquid fuels through small- and mid-scale LNG. Micro plants enable efficient monetization of biogas.

Nitrogen Rejection Units

Cryogenic nitrogen rejection offers the highest methane recovery rates. NRU solutions from 15MMSCFD to >900MMSCFD of feed gas. Inlet nitrogen concentrations from 1% to >70%.

Rotary Heat Exchangers
